Having an appointment made this experience good. A lady met me when I drove in and checked me in. She was very friendly, and showed me the waiting room. I would like to tell you about the previous experience on 12/03/18, I had just had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder and being off, I decided to get my inspection and oil change and brought my car to you and I was met in the parking lot by your service associate, Susan Hoffman, she helped me out of my car, took all info and helped me into the waiting room. I was was shocked at so little time it took, even though I had an appointment, it was super fast. Susan was very attentive and came to me twice when the mechanic found my cabin air filter needed changing, etc. What always impresses me is they always vacuum out the floor before I get it back. This is why I have purchased 4 Toyotas from you. More

Great experience!!! Rating 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Call, told Larry car problem. 2. Told me to bring it in (55 miles). 3. Greeters , etc were great! Employee took me to mall (fun person driver). 4.Called my car ready in a short time. In fact, I never got out of first store!!! Driver very prompt. Larry told me dead battery, Toyota replaced battery at no cost. No service charge. Car has 3l,000 plus miles( if 36,000 would not have warranty). If I had known it was battery not holding charge rather than an alternator, I would probably have gone to Walmart & bought new battery. Toyota saved me $100+. Were was the beer, etc mentioned in a review> Hope it was a joke . If not, I will be very disappointed with Toyota. Beer & drive???? Really? Yvonell Witt More

Amazing service! I had an issue come up on my way out of town. I was a walk-in without an appt and they fit me in very quickly to diagnose the problem.
