Started out great and finished BAD!!!! I had a "great" sales person Chelsea Arnold she had literally sold me the car, price was right, she put the paperwork in my hand, it was the color and I had a "great" sales person Chelsea Arnold she had literally sold me the car, price was right, she put the paperwork in my hand, it was the color and year I have been searching for. And was planning to pay cash, I drove 2 hrs and 20 minuets and found just what I wanted but, explained I was out comparing apples to apples was going to lunch and would call her later. She said her boss Mickey Ortiz would like to tell me good bye. I was at the door he came and shook my hand said a few words looked down at the papers she had put in my hands and he "LOST IT" he was like I'm sorry I CAN'T let you walk out of here with that" I was like what do you mean? He "Jerked " the papers out of my hands with my info and with black perment marker she had written on the paper the price!!!! As a matter of fact I have a pic of it on my phone, I had sent a copy to a friend of mine telling them what a great deal i had found!!! So i walked out of the business to my car and a friend was with me and came out and COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHY MICKEY WAS CHEWING Chelsea out? As we got in the car and drove out and got to the red light Chelsea called to apologize& wanted to talk but i was in traffic, she asked me to call her later but, i reall felt like the damage was done that was on a Thursday in January of this year a week later that friday the general manger Will Dyer called to apologize & i told him he did NOTHING to apolgize for. No other Toyota dealerships can belive i was treated like this and PROMISED their workplace wold Not tolerate this. So Please once you are shown paper work and its put into your hands gauard it if Mickey is the one who is saying goodbye!!! UNBELIVEBLE!!! Elena from Arkansas More
