So I took it in and replaced all non genuine Toyota parts with genuine Toyota parts, being brakes, tuneup, flushed everything, molding. Did I wait? No! Rented the 2019 Camary SE for a few days while my FJ was under the wrench, it's a nice car but, not a FJ. Thanks Chuck, I know you didn't do it by yourself so tell the rest, the FJ runs rides and Stops like new again. Great job. More

EXCELLENT Customer service If you are in the market for a new, used, or pre owned certified vehicle, make that drive to Longview and go see Denise Husley. Denise was straight forward on what she could and could not help me with. She did not make me play the "game" other dealerships put you through. I went in at 9 am this morning and drove away at 11 am. I have never had this great of an experience at a dealership EVER!!! I will drive that 65 miles, one way, to go see her with any maintenance, repairs, recalls, or any future purchases. She is an amazing lady. I have been to several dealerships in Shreveport. I was lied to by the salesman at Yokem Toyota numerous times. I walked away from their deal and I am so thankful I did. The sales managers were amazing as well as the finance manager. Denise, thank you for treating me like a human being and not as a burden, I never felt pressured to buy and I never felt like I was wasting your time. Thank you for respecting my time and not allowing me to drive all that way just to change all the things we agreed on over the phone once I arrived. You were true to your word as your colleagues and I am so blessed that you came into my life and sold me this amazing car. I absolutely LOVE it!!! More

Good work for a good price I love my daily driver Lexus IS250. The F sport makes it a sleek design that combines sport with sophisticated elegance. Unfourtunately, accidents do happen, and the low ride allowed for a stump to be run over during the fall. Toyota was quick with the fix and even filled my car fluids and filled my tires for no charge. Best of all, the price wasn’t extremely affordable compared to what others would charge for a Lexus repair. Oh, and I loved making conversation with Carrolinne on the complimentary shuttle to-and-from home :) 9/10 More
