Overbooked Called and scheduled an appointment for 130 on 30 April. I dropped the car off at about 1230. i called at about 300 to check status and was led to b Called and scheduled an appointment for 130 on 30 April. I dropped the car off at about 1230. i called at about 300 to check status and was led to believe it was ready. Arrived at about 350 and saw my vehicle parked outside with doors locked. I checked with my service advisor BO and he initially couldnt find the paperwork so he closed out the ticket and I paid the bill at 419. Then the keys couldn’t be located. That finally made sense when it was determined work on my vehicle had never been started. BO immediately took action to get it in shop and also immediately told me there would be no charge for the service. I went home and returned about 615 to pick up my vehicle. My charge was refunded at 619. So the question remains what is the point of making an appointment. If you’re overbooked or understaffed just tell me up front and I can decide whether to leave it or reschedule. If you don’t know why this occurred, that’s a management problem waiting to be solved. More

I usually get better service ,but I had an appointment to get tires put on my car. I came to the service area waited for over an hour.
