Amazing Service We really appreciate the quick, friendly, efficient service given to us when our recently purchased used car had a problem. They took time to explain why their used vehicle inspection was complete and the problem with the power packs was something that went out after we operated the car for 3 weeks. They understood how frustrating this was especially since the car operator would miss work while it was being repaired. They were able to loan a car to her for the 3 days it took to order the parts and repair the car. They took time to address our concerns fully and showed empathy. We will continue to go to this dealership for all our needs for service and when purchasing additional cars. More

Routine service appt Advisors were friendly and informative, wait time was a little longer than expected, arrived at 130pm for 2pm appt, vehicle wasnt pulled in until 230, Advisors were friendly and informative, wait time was a little longer than expected, arrived at 130pm for 2pm appt, vehicle wasnt pulled in until 230, service performed was just a tire rotation and fluid check. Service was finished and was able to leave at 330pm. Advisor was thorough and explained what was done and when to come back for next service and let me know when my toyota care runs out. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service. More
