Then assistant service manager Jeff Thompson, I believe, brought out my paperwork and apologized for the delay. I was not in any hurry, and I could tell the service department was quite busy, so I told him, “No worries.” I thought maybe my paperwork had been laid aside and forgotten-no big deal. This manager paid for my inspection and gave me a coupon for my next oil change service. I told him that he didn’t need to do that; I wasn’t upset, but he insisted. This is service that will bring me back; I appreciated the apology and the generous gesture. More

TIME CONSUMING I stopped by one day because my check engine light came on. They told me it was my gas cap. I asked if I could get a service and was asked to make an I stopped by one day because my check engine light came on. They told me it was my gas cap. I asked if I could get a service and was asked to make an appointment and it wouldn't take them as long. A couple days before my scheduled service the check engine light came back on. I bring it in for the service. I set there for 1.5 hours before my car was ready. Get paid and in my car ready to leave and the check engine light is on. How my car has all green on the service report but the check engine light still on blows my mind. It also passed a state inspection. I let them know and the service guy seems angry and tells the girl that brought my car in it will be another 45 min before he could get to it. Finally they tell me my gas cap is bad and I had to purchase another one. All this..... I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! More
