needs improvement to customer communication we were on the phone to Toyota told us it was time for a oil change but when we got to the Toyota dealership they told us it was not time miscommunica we were on the phone to Toyota told us it was time for a oil change but when we got to the Toyota dealership they told us it was not time miscommunications a big problem. We live around 30 miles out of Longview and she just did not need to make the trip. Missed communication.one man that did try and help us when we were checking out but can't remember his name. More
Very respectful and quick. Service department was great to deal with. We made an appointment and got there early. They started on our vehicle as soon as we got there and was done within the time they said they would be. While waiting, we looked around at new vehicles just to look with no intention of buying. We spoke to a salesman and was clear about just looking. There was no pressure to buy and he was very helpful and answered all of our questions, knowing we were not buying. I do appreciate them just letting us look with no pushing to purchase. When the time is right for us to purchase another Toyota, we will definitely go back to Toyota of Longview. More
Poor/slow service Advisor good. Took over 30min to get battery tested for prorate warranty. ABC auto would do in 2 min. Also had go back to house cause battery had to b Advisor good. Could not just bring in battery. Mechanics very slow on testing battery. Note: I didn’t even ask them to install battery just test to get prorate. Over 30 min to just get battery is poor service. Advisor very good though. More

Needs Improvement The manager is pleasant with showing interest about the concerns of customers. Every time, I have my car serviced just seems to be issues worth not co The manager is pleasant with showing interest about the concerns of customers. Every time, I have my car serviced just seems to be issues worth not complaining. I have noticed change in people (employee turnover) but not in gratitude. I told the manager...I noticed nothing had changed that is why Classic Toyota has been receiving my business. The salesperson sells with gratitude; retention needs addressing in the service department. You take our money; yet, the worthiness of customers fall of how you service our needs. In all, if the dealership was a team it would exemplify an effective infrastructure of the company. More
