My best buying experience ever. I wanted a slightly better price, but doesnt everyone. Everyone was very nice, very relaxed, and very honest. For five whole seconds I was afraid that I was going to go through xxxx to get this remedied, but Brad seemed more concerned about it than I did. He assured me that he would take care of it and he did. The following day Brad had it buffed with no cost to me and the car looked perfect. Since then Brad and brian have called me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Its nice to know that some businesses still know how to provide customer service. Grossinger is one of them. More

Al was a straight shooter. He did what he said he would do. It was a straight forward sale/purchase. I originally went to the dealer to have my old car repaired so while I was waiting I ended up buying a new car. The sales person, Josiah was really nice and caring about my concerns. The finance manager was extremely friendly and then when I finally ended up with a new car, Brad spent over an hour explaining how to work the car. Since I had purchased a Prius, there were many details about the car that had to be explained. Brad was very patient and friendly. In fact I found the whole dealership friendly and thats why I went to Grossingers in Lincolnwood in the first place. I had been taking my Corolla there for many years for servicing and knew that my experiences there were going to be positive. More

We found the staff to be without exception very nice, polite, knowledgeable. Our only problem was that we didn't want to fill out a form that was a Credit Application, since we were paying cash for the c polite, knowledgeable. We were told that we had to, because it allowed them to verify that we weren't xxxxxxxxxx. We told them they could check our credit rating as well as the terrorist list, but that it didn't make any sense to fill out and sign a form that was clearly for Credit situations. It was resolved when the general manager wrote in other language on the form, making it clear that we were authorizing the checks, but that we were not applying for credit. My first offer was disappointing because the trade-in was undervalued, in my opinion. I let them know by walking out. They contacted me and I returned four days later and we struck a deal that I am thrilled about. I had a different sales person on my second trip. He was really new. He conferred with the first salesman and they came up with exactly what I was looking to get from them. All of these Grossinger personnel made this one of the best Toyota buying experiences I have had since I first began buying Toyotas in 1976. Everyone let me know what was available, but no one pressured me. I really appreciated that. Brad, who did the delivery, was terrific. He knew I had a lot of experience and treated me with respect while allowing me to go through the car and at my pace. He answered every question that I couuld think of asking. More
