WEll I went there looking for a new car, I new exactly what I wanted and Al the sales associate was great. He showed me the cars they had, I explained that my credit was not the best and needed some creat what I wanted and Al the sales associate was great. He showed me the cars they had, I explained that my credit was not the best and needed some creative financing. Between Al and the Finance director, I was able to get the car I wanted and at an interest rate I never expected, much better. I am extremely happy with the sales experience at Grossinger Toyota and My sales man Al went beyond the service I expected, very accomadating and they even wash your car for free whenever you want. It is a common thought that when you walk into a dealership the sales people are out to get you and try and make you pay more for a the vehicle you truly want. I had been researching for a new car for a couple of months when I came across the new Camry SE. I filed out the internet request for more information and instantly the following day Michelle contacted me and told me about the car. At first, I was upset that the car I originally wanted was sold. However, Michelle followed up with me within minutes to let me know they had the car I wanted and the exact color. They went so far as to go get the vehicle from another dealer just so I could have it. Michelle was so thorough in her search for this vehicle and her quest to make me happy. As soon as I walked into the dealer I was referred to Albert. He was absolutely awesome. Throughout our negotiation he was very friendly and had a smile on his face. He really made me feel comfortable and I felt as if he was truly sincere in wanting me to be happy and trying to negotiate a fair price. I can truly say I am sold on Grossinger Toyota North. I have had the bad experiences at dealerships where they do not care about making the customer happy. All they care is about the sale. Grossinger Toyota was not like that at all. Everyone who I came into contact with was friendly and I can surely say that I will always recommend this place as the top Toyota dealer in Il, they made me feel like I am now part of the Toyota family. Well I initially gave Grossinger Toyota North one star, I gladly give it 5 stars now. Kevin Fernquist is the best car salesman I have dealt with, ever! He is extremely knowledgeable about Scion and was low pressure on the sale, which made me feel very comfortable. I have given Grossinger my complete trust for nearly 20 years for my last 3 Toyotas. Alan Farber seems to be in charge of service. I don't go in too often although I follow Toyota maintenance recommendat years for my last 3 Toyotas. Alan Farber seems to be in charge of service. I don't go in too often although I follow Toyota maintenance recommendations; yet when I do bring my car in they recognize me by my name! My car is cleaned and washed every time I bring it in for service, except on very cold days when I choose not to have it washed. When body work is needed they give me name and address where to go. I've done this twice and once was not charged for the work. Twice I have bought my new Toyotas from Andy Makda, in sales. He is quiet but helps my wife and I find the exact model we want. More
Mark & Gary went out of their way to make this deal quick and easy to do. I needed a car ASAP and they gave me a superb price up front, that no one was able to match. I called a number of Toyota dealers around the area and no one came near them. Delivery was super fast. Gary answered my questions and even drove my new car home when I had to drive my rent a car back home as well. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Gary spent a lot of time with me teaching me the features of the new car, even programming my bluetooth for me, and patiently testing it out. The next day when I came back to pick up the car, it was his day off, yet he didn't hesitate to come in and spend extra time reshowing me some things that I had questions about. He ended up staying about 90 minutes past closing time. He told me I can call him anytime with questions. I have never walked out after buying a new car with such a satisfied feeling, nor a feeling that I would not heistate for a second to come back there when I need another car. Thanks a lot ! More

Al knew what I wanted, and offered me alternatives to the initial car that I'd identified. I took the alternative because who wouldn't want a shiny red car. And he didn't make fun of my insisting on a stic initial car that I'd identified. I took the alternative because who wouldn't want a shiny red car. And he didn't make fun of my insisting on a stick shift! He also took the time to sync my phone with the Blue Tooth on my car (something I'd never done before!). Also, by sitting in the back seat (my husband sat in the front) he was able to answer my question as to whether or not the back seat would be comfortable for my six foot tall son. Al is a big man and is also six feet tall. BTW, coffee, tea or hot chocolate is often considered unnecessary and is always bad in most car dealerships, repair shops, etc. THEIR COFFEE WAS ACTUALLY GOOD. So much so that I made a point of bringing my empty go-cup on my last visit so that I could fill it with their coffee! I will continue to do that on my subsequent visits for car washes or anything else. Nice little perk, Grossinger. More
