Rich in service was efficient, kind, and to the point. He set expectations to be under a couple hours and delivered my vehicle literally in 60 minutes. They used to be rather efficient but they have been taking longer and longer every time I go. The paper work said my car was ready 45 mins before I was notified that it was ready.
