"Big Mitch" the sales manager gave us an attractive out-the-door price the one we had our eye on, but didn't pressure us too hard to make the deal immediately. After the visit to Mazda we weighed the value of the two vehicles and decided the Toyota was the better deal. We checked back in with Mitch who was very helpful, and honored the offer they had made a week before. All in all, a very good experience, and I left feeling like I'd like to buy both Mitches a beer.
