Poor customer service They were very eager to sell me a new car, and gave me paper plates. 30 days later still no reg tags, no one would return my calls including branch ma They were very eager to sell me a new car, and gave me paper plates. 30 days later still no reg tags, no one would return my calls including branch manager or the owner. Had to call toyota itself to get my regular tags. They will tell you what you want to hear and sell you anything, after money is exchanged they will care less about your issues and refuse to deal with them. Worst dealership experience so far. Stay away from Grossinger dealerships! More
