In this modern world, texting for me is the best and easiest way to communicate and also convenient because I can reply at my own time and with this dealership I can do all that. I was running late but they accommodated me even late at night (7pm). So I came to the dealership and was greeted by staff after I pulled in on their lot. They have valet parking that you can use anytime, talk about convenience! My salesperson was Mitch! This guy is incredible! Easy to talk to. Accommodated all my requests and very helpful with the whole process. Even after the sale, it was easy to talk to him through text/phone call. I forgot to transfer all my stuff from my old car to the new car and he made sure to secure my belongings until I picked them up! I didn’t feel forced to agree on price at all. So I was comfortable every step of the way. I have bought about 5 cars from different dealership but this one is the best and smoothest process among all of them. After I signed the paperwork, Mitch already have them put gasoline so I was ready to hit the road. The car was also buffed and waxed before the left the lot. Finance guy is also easy to deal with and doesn’t force you to buy other products. Overall, excellent staff and dealership! Indoor parking is awesome! I would highly recommend them! I would definitely buy from them again! More
