I was told service would take 3 hours, they did not return my calls or texts for 8 hours! I approved services totaling around $250 and agreed to that price. When I showed up after zero communication from them, they charged me over $400! They would not give me my car unless I paid, so I had to. Due to excessive outside stress in my life, I began to cry. This was one more thing I didn’t need. I paid their extortion, asked for my car, and tried to leave. A manager practically chased me out of the service center scolding me because I “should have known better” how much it would cost. When I tried to explain that I just wanted to leave, and that they should have contacted me much earlier to tell me about the price change so I could have made an informed decision, the manager told me I needed to “calm down” and “stop yelling.” I was certainly crying, but I was not yelling! I was desperate to leave! And to top off all this horrible service, they didn’t even wash my car as they were supposed to on the approved services I signed off on. It was a horrible and traumatizing experience. I was ignored when I was looking for updates on what was taking so long, I was ripped off because they claimed they made a “clerical error,” and I was verbally accosted as I was just trying to leave the premises because apparently *I* should have known better than to assume the price I was given and approved was wrong and a woman publicly crying after a stressful and traumatizing week AND interaction was “yelling.” I have been a customer here for 15 years, and I’m so disgusted by the treatment I received. I will never return to this business and I am spreading the word - particularly to other women - about the horrible treatment and inappropriate and humiliating things that were said to me. More
Some staffs who work there are tricky ,just neef to watch your invoice . i gkt one staff , she told me one thing then she charge me another price !
