The dealer rep I worked with was very friendly and competent. However, my biggest complaint is that the waiting area is ludicrously FREEZING - no excuse to have to sit somewhere that cold for possibl competent. I brought my Toyota Prius in for a simple 65,000 checkup. It turned out the front bearings were leaking grease and so needed to be repacked. They gave me a loaner overnight and the master mechanic stayed til 8:00 PM to finish the job so I could have the car back first thing the next morning! I cannot imagine better service. More
