Called Toyota of Laramie for oil change but manager said they do not do drop in changes and the earliest appointment is over a week away. He also said that he turns down over 10 services a day! What kind of dealership is this with no customer service. What management turns down business? Toyota needs to fix this dealership. Richard Allison More

I am from Ft. Collins and made a choice to come back to the town which I worked for many years at the University and It refreshed many bad memories but, I figured being a small town prices would be lower and better. I was present to look for a new car and give back to the state and town income wise. But........................... I am a older male and I would say I am very well off compared to many. But, upon doing my research on cars and entering this location and now observing reviews of this location, I can understand why Kens Toyota is Ignorant bunch of "DOLTS". (Look the word up) Upon entering, there is fake true used car sales man floating in the show room of Kens Toyota, Laramie, Wyoming. Who has a office Finance Adjuster as the first office and person to speak to you as soon as you arrive and makes the attempt to sell you a car. Thats scary in many ways. Thats not real, why are you making an attempt to talk to me in any case. You have other sales associates present to assist me I am thinking. A customer does not want to talk to you as a money person, they want to feel comfortable for they re purchase and your not welcoming in any way. Your a scary frail man. I moved on around the show room and I kinda ignored him as he was my shadow and he later wondered off a few feet, while staring at me as if I was a kid in a candy store without a parent and I was gonna make a quick attempt to steal a door handle or a car or something. He Paul(Observing his station desk Name Plate) stood hawking me down with a scary look and made me feel very unsafe.(Spooky) I then was approached by a heavy set salesman and given a card and greeted. I stated just I was looking and a I wondered outside. Well, guess who pops up outside, while I was observing a white Rav4? The same individual who greeted me. Why? So, I stated, please give me a few to just observe and If I am interested I will come back in and talk to BILL and I displayed his card by lifting it up face height. Well, I am now, angered by him by this following statement: "Used cars are across the street and those my not fit your budget either." And, he walked away from me quickly. I stated, excuse me sir, excuse me and he just walked away from me, briefly looking back at me with a scary sneer. All Customers, please read all reviews as this is not a healthy location for sales and nor a strong support for Toyota in anyway. As, I read reviews, I am not in shock as I read the Doctor/Prof. wrote and many others. And, after reading reviews Paul is the scary shadow of Kens Toyota of Laramie, Wyoming. I am a retired Vietnam Male with many apartment complexes and businesses within Ft. Collins, Co. and I stress to all please dont support people like this as they are very scary and can create alot of mental and physical dismay. I will never be back. I then went back to Ft. Collins and Bought two vehicles for myself and My son. I am happy now and no longer shadowed by Paul the scary mean man. More
