But hey, everyone should expect occasional hiccups in their lives, especially on a busy Saturday when everyone brings in their vehicles for maintenance at a dealership. The customer service representative who helped me apologized for the long wait at the end when I got my car back and he even gave me a free tire rotation for having to wait for so long which I thought was a very nice thing. He just did it spontaneously which was a good thing for me as I really appreciated it. More
