Service above and beyond! Twice recently I was out of town and had to call the dealership. Rey was there the first time, totally reassured me, and made an appointment for me th Twice recently I was out of town and had to call the dealership. Rey was there the first time, totally reassured me, and made an appointment for me the next day. The second time Rey was not available but the receptionist knew from my call that I needed to speak to someone, and I was where there was inconsistent phone reception. She had another service manager, Max, I believe, call me back back, and again, what was necessary was thoroughly explained to me and again, I was able to get an appointment the next day. I have been taking my car to them for almost 100,000 miles and these are the first abnormal situations I have had with my car. I have always been able to get timely appointments, answers to my questions, and excellent service! Thank you, Toyota of Lancaster! More

Oil change service I scheduled an appointment for my oil change,the service staff was nice and friendly,but I wasn’t to happy for a 2hour time quote with an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for my oil change,the service staff was nice and friendly,but I wasn’t to happy for a 2hour time quote with an appointment.I had requested my tires to be adjusted to 40 psi,it wasn’t done😕and then the tech left a smudge of oil on my fender.The customer waiting lounge is nice with coffee and water and snacks.That I appreciate,and it also gave me an opportunity to see the newest vehicles available on the showroom...btw the service advisor that the appointment was with wasn’t there.I don’t recall his name ,the vehicle was done in 90 minutes. I spoke with Craig about prices on a new car,his help and internet team were nice and thorough More
