Very welcoming and friendly environment I live about 55 miles away from this dealership and because of the way they treat me as a customer I pick them everytime over my local dealer. I always feel like I matter and if there's anything that I need explained they explain away till I get it. If Im in a rush they get me in and out. Waiting time I had a reservation for 7:30am on Tuesday morning. I arrived at 7:20am and got into the reservation line at the service department. My car was taken I had a reservation for 7:30am on Tuesday morning. I arrived at 7:20am and got into the reservation line at the service department. My car was taken in at 7:50am. I only needed a regular maintenance service. At 10:00am I went to the service agents office to see what was taking so long. He said, "Let me get your paperwork". I have to wonder how long my car had been ready and I had not been informed. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the customer service. More
My time wait was a complete lie I went in and for a regular oil change, while waiting they called and told me I needed a cabin filter. I asked about how much longer it would take and I went in and for a regular oil change, while waiting they called and told me I needed a cabin filter. I asked about how much longer it would take and Michael said “15 to 20 minutes.” I said okay that’s fine because I have plans later and that wait time isn’t too long. Well, 20 minutes turned into 1hour and 10 min longer. I was waiting and waiting by his office waiting for him to call me but i got tired of waiting and walked in to ask about the status of my car. What’s the first thing I see? My keys there on his desk. as soon as he sees me he goes oh yeah I was about to call you. That was a lie because I had been standing next to his office for the past 20 minutes meaning the keys had gotten there before that. So I pay and receive my keys and he tells me my car is parked outside towards the right. The lot isn’t that big so I go looking for my car. I looked for it and looked for it and nothing. There was a tech that even tried helping me find it by pushing the alarm on the remote. I go back and ask him where my car is. Immediately he gets up and says “oh I’m so sorry about that” and goes running to the back. MY CAR WAS NOT EVEN IN THE PARKING LOT. I understand they can get busy at times but I find that pretty ridiculous. Every time I have gone before that I have had Stephanie help me out and I’m going to request her from here on out EVERY time I go because she has always been honest and punctual with me. I also understand mishaps can occur in the back that are out of their control but I feel I could’ve gotten a courtesy call letting me know that it would take longer than estimated. More
