Max always does a GREAT job! I arrived for a 0700 appointment at about 0700 for my 70,000 mile regular service. There was a long line for appointments, but the staff allowed people with appointments to go ahead into the non-appointment line to get us all started. Max helped find discounts for my service and walked me through what service was and was not needed given that my last service appointment was only at about 65,000. They did the entire job by about 0930 including tire rotation, brake servicing, and normal oil change and checks. I like the new cantina area, although it does not look very professional - doesn't bother me, but that might be an area for review by the management. More
I hate being told I have to rate 5 stars First of all, don’t tell me what I can and cannot do with my review. That’s stupid. I was told that my service would only take an hour. The couches there are so worn that there was metal poking into my back the entire time. Then the wait was actually 2 1/2 hours which made me angry. Then was told everything was fine with my car and that I needed to rate 5 stars. A review should be honest and candid. Not required to rate at a higher level just because I’m “helping me out”. More
