Terible service and unknowledgable repairmans 4 things I took my can in for; oil change, engine light on, broken gas cap, cruise control not working. I brought my car around 8:30am without an appo 4 things I took my can in for; oil change, engine light on, broken gas cap, cruise control not working. I brought my car around 8:30am without an appointment, i was told my can would be done around 2pm. So I asked to be dripped off to my house. 2pm pass I called and asked how my car was doing, the lady that help me said that they have to order the parts for the cruise control and if i wanted to leave the car in until morning cause the parts will arrive then, I said to her fine cause i dont really have a choice. The next day comes after 9am Im waiting for a call from her but decided to call to see if my car is close to finishing. Just to find out that the parts didnt come and its on back order, if that was the case she shouldve informed me so that I coulve picked up my car early in the morning and waiting for nothing. She said when the parts come i will be told and bring my car then. Ok picked up the car, i hope they change the oil rotated the tires and fixed the engine light on. I drove my car home, just to test if the cruise control is really not working. And guess what?! Its working fine! I guess when the engine light turns on as a safety hazard the cruise control stops working! Which is the only thing she said to me tht is right! I dont know how they tested my cruise control to tell me that it needs replacing, the good thing about all of this is that my car is still under warranty and didnt cost me anything! And so when the parts come! You can have it until someone else needs it that way they dont have to wait long! This will be my last visit to this service department! And this was not my only bad service that I had in this location! Terrible agent & mechanics! More
