I’ve been a loyal Toyota owner and patron for over 30 years. I’ve had 4 RAV4’s. Love them all. I do miss your free car washes though. Covid is over, it would be nice if you could bring it back. 😊 years. I’ve had 4 RAV4’s. Love them all. I do miss your free car washes though. Very unsatisfied with my most recent visit to get my 2017 Tacoma serviced on the 29th of November. I am most positive that the technician had left the drain plugged loose resulting in my truck leaking oil. I Tacoma serviced on the 29th of November. I am most positive that the technician had left the drain plugged loose resulting in my truck leaking oil. I noticed the leak and took it back to get in diagnosed on the 10th of December. I was told I would have to pay money for a oil dye to check where it’s leaking from and that most likely it’s a leaking gasket and to repair it would be $2,000, but after that day, my truck has stopped then leaking oil. If my truck was indeed leaking oil, why was it not caught when getting a multipoint service check on the 29th? Upon drop off the 29th I had told the service man to check my tire sensor, which was not checked Instead was told “ It is due to the cold weather”. Which I am aware of and not causing the problem, but still had requested for it to get checked, and it was not checked. This is a second time I have requested something and nothing gets done. I also questioned a recommendation by the technician on the 29th to get my transmission oil changed when I had just gotten it done in May. I am currently active duty, Air Force I specifically take it to Toyota dealership dealerships due to the moving that’s comes with the military. I pay the extra money to get a reliable and job done right. This is the first time in eight years a Toyota dealership has done such a horrible job with servicing my Tacoma. More
Misdiagnosed my 2018 Toyota Camry charging me $2600. Brought in 3 times, service advisor confirmed it was Toyotas fault for a mishap. 3rd time same exact issue kept happening, literally the next day and Brought in 3 times, service advisor confirmed it was Toyotas fault for a mishap. 3rd time same exact issue kept happening, literally the next day and now they conducted “a full disganosis” what does that mean? Why didn’t you conduct this so called “full diagnosis” and now you’re charging me $12,000 to fix? Please explain the logic behind anyone paying that much for car repairs. Toyotas team will cover up the negligence, & I’m left w/o a car. First time I decide to bring it in, and this transpires. I was ripped off, I’m extremely disappointed in Toyota. This is the first of many formal complaints. I dealt with Edwin and Shannon. More

When I dropped off the car, 3 people came by telling me to wait for a service rep. After waiting I was told it would take 2 hours for a first 5000 mile checkup. That seemed like a long time, but ok, for to wait for a service rep. After waiting I was told it would take 2 hours for a first 5000 mile checkup. That seemed like a long time, but ok, for that length of time I expected some sort of description of service when done. Some dealers even offer a video walk around of the car, maybe that is why it was taking so long? After 2 hours I was never alerted when my car was ready. I had to come into the service area and ask for the car. When I asked what was done, all I was told is that it was on the invoice. I asked for a paper copy of the invoice so I could at least see what was done before I left. I asked for more detail, and was not given any. I never had a chance to speak with the service rep. when picking up the car. I was given my keys and told it was in the parking lot. I went home and inspected the car. It looked like nothing was done. While all fluids were within the minimums, several were not full. The invoice said "top off." My inspection showed that no fluids were added to the vehicle. Not sure what they did for 2 hours, but I could not find anything. Also, the lack of information and desire to interact with me has me questioning their professionalism. I normally do all my own service work. I can tell good from bad quality service, and I was not impressed. Being dismissed like I was some dude who didn't know anything about his car makes me question using this dealership again for service. It's close to home so I would prefer to return, but next time I may drive an hour to the next dealer to see if I can find one I can trust. F More
