Service here is completely ridiculous. Very disappointed in the lack of attention and interaction with just anyone in the Service Department. The only person that was helpful in any way he Very disappointed in the lack of attention and interaction with just anyone in the Service Department. The only person that was helpful in any way here was the cleaning lady that helped me briefly. I was willing to spend money in a major service if needed, brakes and possibly even tires but there was ZERO interaction with the Service advisor after the write up. When I tried reaching out there was NO response at all. To say the least Service Department has so much to improve on here and needs someone to actually take ACTION! More

I have always loved the service at Toyota of Lancaster—the staff is friendly, the work is done efficiently, and I feel like my car is in good hands every time. However, during my most recent vis Lancaster—the staff is friendly, the work is done efficiently, and I feel like my car is in good hands every time. However, during my most recent visit, I was disappointed to find my hood left partially open and some brown liquid spilled on the hood of my car when I got it back. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I would’ve expected more attention to detail from a place that usually provides such top-notch service. I hope this was a one-off issue, as I truly value the care and expertise the team provides. Looking forward to continuing my visits, but I hope this feedback helps improve the process! More

Every time I have gone here it’s a minimum of a 2 hour wait. Even for simple oil change. I live an hour away so I must sit and wait and no one removed the homeless man yelling expletives at the tv. Very expensive for oil change even with 10% coupon. It was noted that my air filter and cabin filter are dirty (caution icon) but no one asked if I wanted to replace them while I was there.
