Worst service possible, they do not check their work! Never going back. Twice I’ve had to return the car for work paid for. Purchase the car there and all the service since 2013 never missing an appointm Never going back. Twice I’ve had to return the car for work paid for. Service here is completely ridiculous. Very disappointed in the lack of attention and interaction with just anyone in the Service Department. The only person that was helpful in any way he Very disappointed in the lack of attention and interaction with just anyone in the Service Department. The only person that was helpful in any way here was the cleaning lady that helped me briefly. I was willing to spend money in a major service if needed, brakes and possibly even tires but there was ZERO interaction with the Service advisor after the write up. When I tried reaching out there was NO response at all. To say the least Service Department has so much to improve on here and needs someone to actually take ACTION! More
