We have used Bill Wright Toyota for the last 15 years however we find ourselves in the Palmdale/ Lancaster area more these days, so we tried your service center for an oil change and simple service and p however we find ourselves in the Palmdale/ Lancaster area more these days, so we tried your service center for an oil change and simple service and purchase a set of new tires as well. The oil change went well, however when picking up the service after paying the bill we got into the car, we found a wheel lug nut and wheel cover in the cup holder. No one informed us about this when we picked up the car. We bought a new lug nut and didn't realize the wheel cap would not stay on. I guess i should have known that, but it was very disappointing none the less. More
