I like the dealer. I am a busy person and I cannot wait hours to get the tire replace. The process is an ordeal related to time . As you know, a lot of people commute to Los Angeles in the Antelope valley. For example, I buy a set of tires every one year and a half. I won’t buy tires from Toyota and I will go back to Americas tire because there they replace a damaged tire on the spot within an hour or so More

I have had issues since the start, with the extra warranties no one ever knew the correct way to proceed. Always gave me the run around . I have only taken my car to Toyota of Lancaster for Maintenance since the beginning I paid for the extra coverage of everything bumper-to-bumper. they never told me my car needed an alignment they never said that my tires were wasting from the inside because it pulled or anything like that they did my tire rotations never mentioned anything until I took it because I got a nail in it and I wanted to get a new tire because I put warranty on the tires and they busted out I couldn't because it was wasted from the inside. They never tell you the truth. Always something blame each other for stuff. More
