Service was above and beyond! As we drove from our home in Corvallis, Oregon to Seattle on Friday, July 16, 2021, more and more lights started flashing on our car. We had it towed in and were told they were fully booked but they would do their very best to take care of us - and they did. Even though, being from out of town, we were obviously not going to be repeat customers, they went out of their way to get parts for us and even stayed late to get the work done. We were stuck in Seattle, and Michael got us on the road quickly at no charge. We had just visited our son and his wife in Seattle and were about to travel to San Diego. It seemed like the transmission was falling apart. I called two local Toyota dealerships. I told them my predicament. At first, Michael said I would need to leave the car for the day. I took the car to Michael's dealership. He arranged to have a mechanic look at it right away. My wife and I waited in their waiting room, which was great. They had a large high definition television, which passed the time away. After about 20 min., Michael came out and told me the good news. It was a minor problem. For some reason, the lug nuts were loose on a wheels, which caused the horrible sound. Michael smiled, and told us they had tightened up the lug nuts and brought the pressure up on the tires: no charge. The shop was very clean and well organized. I've seen a lot of shops in my time, but nothing matched this one. If my son ever gets a Toyota, I'll recommend this dealership. More
