My decision to return to Toyota of Kingsport was largely based on the treatment I received 14 years ago by salesman Mike Cox. Dealers should think about the service they are providing today. It may very well come full circle. I had made two trips to a Toyota dealer that was in closer proximity to my house and both times walked away with the feeling that they were either too good for my family or just didn't really want to deal with us. Kudos th the staff at Kingsport Toyota. I hope to see you again in about 14 more years! More

He was very nice and introduced us to our sales associate, John Martin. John really seemed interested in helping me find the type of car I wanted. He was also very helpful by finding a great deal listed on the website, that I was unaware of. It put a car I liked that was out of my price range, within my price range. Then, Shawn Thomason did his best to get a monthly payment that was more comfortable for me. I was very pleased with the experience I had, and it was easy considering this was the first car I'd purchased from a dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I really appreciate these folks, and am very pleased with my new (to me) car. I feel like I got a great deal. More
