From him there apparently is something wrong with your online scheduling so you may want to get a new tech contract or hire a new programmer. Great customer service. I have come to this location for more than 13 years. Staff at all levels have been great. Love my Toyota vehicle and this service location. The service center was great. But I was concerned at the number of employees and customers that did not wear masks. I waited a while before my car was pulled out after completion.
