I took my car in for an oil change and they put too much oil in my car! I took my car in for a wheel alignment only because I put new tires in my car and my came out driving horrible. I sincerely believe that Ray Brandt Toyota has given up on quality service and has no regard for customer satisfaction what so ever. When I called to have the issue addressed one of the service attendants actúa had the nerve to be rude and then hung up the phone on me but I will definitely be writing corporate headquarters and informing them of this issue! I’m most certain I’m not the only person with complaints. I am a paying customer that only wants my vehicle running properly and don’t want to feel as though it’s being sabotaged for possible sales! 1st I was told I would get a full tank of gas. I didn’t I had 100 miles to empty. 2nd I spent 40,000 on a car and you were not going to give me floor mats till I called back and asked.
