With the pandemic caused labor shortages in mechanics. This almost caused me a engine. The guy didn’t put any oil in engine. The car RPM started to raise and lower causing the vehicle to shake. Had them push back to see that oil filter was installed wrong and very little oil in engine. No one cleaned up the paper floor mat, plastic seat cover and job tags number? By the way no car wash that was customary. Oh yea had a 10:30am appointment. I left their 3:45pm. I am not a very happy camper. After seven new cars here maybe time for a change. More

Was disappointed with the service department. They would not answer phones when I called to check on the status of my vehicle or they would hang up on me. My husband had to call the sales department to get not answer phones when I called to check on the status of my vehicle or they would hang up on me. My husband had to call the sales department to get someone on the phone. The gentlemen who accepted my vehicle at the service department was very nonchalant and did not show any concerns about my concerns. Just brushed me off with an “oh well”. Had to speak to manage several time during the process. He was very understanding and expressed his concerns about the situation. He was very nice. When they did bring my truck to the front after service the man just threw the keys in the dash board and walked off. No one brought me the keys or told me the truck was brought up. I once again had to ask the manager who looked all over the service department area for the keys before checking the truck. When I asked him if they could have left the keys in the truck he said “they better have not”. That was very unsafe as anyone could have walked up to my truck and took it. I have bought 2 vehicle from their dealership and refused to let anyone else service my vehicle but Ray Brant Toyota because I have always had a pleasurable experience. Hopefully these issues will be corrected or I will have to take my business else where. More
