Service was great. I was able to drop off the car and call when they opened at 8:45. Only recommendation is to update the times off service. Marginal, but perhaps unduly influenced by the bad experience when I purchased my vehicle. Purely on my recent visit to service: I waited 90 minutes for an oil change! They didn't run the car through a wash like they usually do. On the purchase side, they screwed me on two things: 1. I was supposed to get a third row of seats, but it did not have such. The response was that the document that I accepted did not specify three rows. The vehicle that I looked at and drove, did have a third row. I even discussed when placing my order that, seeing as I would have a third row of seats I wanted running boards. The response was that my purchase was handed over from Mr. Slick to Mr. Dumb and I should have checked everything that we had discussed with Mr. Slick over the preceding week. 2. I was told that the navigation updates were free and that was confirmed by the sign in the sales room at the time, but .... it wasn't in the contract. The good news was that the customer complaints manager, after scolding my carelessness, gave me a really ugly T shirt. More
