Went there today 1/26/2022 - didn't have an appointment and I was lucky to get service (IF I got any) Praying they did put oil on my engine as I was treated very bad by Sheila Leblanc (please DO NOT pick and I was lucky to get service (IF I got any) Praying they did put oil on my engine as I was treated very bad by Sheila Leblanc (please DO NOT pick her as your advisor) she rudely told me the wait time was TWO hours (which I was okay with it because I didn't have an appointment) Gave my keys at 8:45 and was given my car back at 9:00 - did they service my car in 15 mins?!?!?! really? I hope I got an oil change. DID NOT wash my car like they used to do before. What is happening with my preferred dealer?! They used to do a multipoint inspection and would tell me what else I needed, and this time NOTHING - The back to service decal was not on my window - Sadly I am going to start looking for another place to service our vehicles. Plus the price was almost $100! I used to paid $60 More
