Went in for routine maintenance with no other issues. After waiting 2 hours with no communication, I Was told a tire had a nail and needed repair - which I authorized. After another hour, the work was done and I paid and went home. By the time I got back home (30 miles away), my tire pressure light was on (never came on prior to my service) and has stayed on since. I tried calling, but the service dept doesn’t pick up and their voicemail is full. I used to love this location, but they are definitely not at the same level they once were. More
