This visit was not up to their standard. My appointment was for 3:15 and the person who's name I was given had already gone home. Move the seat back to where I had it and make changes to the radio, not a problem. But my focus was on those tasks and not the condition of the driver's side floor mat. It wasn't until the next time I used the car that I noticed the dirty or oily mat. What happened to putting a paper mat down before you get in the car. Very disappointed. More
