I’ve always had good experiences from this service dept. I brought my car in because one tire had a slow leak. This leak started shortly after having the tires rotated. I was concerned the leak was due to the car’s previous service. It turns out there was a nail in the tire and it was repaired. My two complaints are that 1) it took over 1 1/2 hours to get the tire patched even though I had a scheduled appointment and 2) my service rep did not communicate what was found or what happened. He just told me the car as ready. He did give me the pertinent info after I inquired. I have a long history with Ray Brandt and will continue to bring my car here. I offer this as a little constructive criticism. More
