I went in for a simple oil change, tire rotation & multi-point inspection. The oil pan leaked oil afterwards. When I brought it to their attention, I was provided a rental car and free repairs so they multi-point inspection. The oil pan leaked oil afterwards. They even offered to tow the car to the dealership, since I lived at a distance, but we worked out a less dramatic remedy. So, anyone can make a mistake, but they went above and beyond to make good the situation with a minimum of inconvenience and expense for me. I would trust them to work on my car in the future. More

I have been to multiple Toyota dealerships in the New Orleans area, none that I left feeling satisfied or feeling that they cared much about the well-being of my Tacoma. Brad Miller went over services I had requested, walked out to the truck with me and told me what to expect from the diagnostic and ultimately the service process/cost. When the truck was finished he called to go over some of the issues that weren't able to be addressed due to third party parts involving my suspension. I had requested an alignment, but because I would ultimately need it realigned after the suspension repair, it didn't make sense to do it twice. This saved me the cost of two alignments. Brad waived the diagnostic fee for the issues they weren't able to service involving the third party parts. I had requested a transmission fluid drain and refill, Brad had the technicians go ahead and replace the fluid in both my differentials free of charge (something I had not thought to ask for ahead of time). He ultimately saved me a substantial amount of money in unnecessary service that another dealership may have gone ahead with just to raise the final total. I felt that he and Ray Brandt had my best interest and the interest of my vehicle in mind. As far as the New Orleans area is concerned, I have no need to go anywhere else. Thank you Brad! Firstly it was impossible to reach anyone over the phone. I left a voicemail and no one ever called me back. Eventually I had to go in in person and was surprised that it didn’t seem so busy after all. A few I left a voicemail and no one ever called me back. A few hours after dropping off the car I got a call from the service man saying that they could fix my car the following day but it would cost over $3000. I asked for a few minutes to think about it (my car is 8 years old and I wasn’t sure if it was worth it) and he told me I had 10 minutes to make up my mind if they were going to be able to order the part for the following day. When I asked about any cheaper alternatives he told me there were none and I felt very rushed. It was also very frustrating to have to fight to get a ride back to the dealership and super annoying that after paying over $3000 they gave me back my car with plastic wrap on the seats and the dirty paper floor protector still there. They have a car wash at their facility and didn’t run my car through it. The service guy claimed it was because my front bumper is slightly damaged but that seemed like a pathetic excuse to me. I really wonder how I would have been treated if I were a man and not a young woman. Disappointing. More
