Bought a used Jeep that, within days, needed an alignment. I was contacted by a representative who was extremely helpful and said they would address the issue. I brought the vehicle in and it was “worked on.” The vehicle still pulls to the right. So I spent $158 for a ghost alignment. A bad experience just got worse. I will have to get the vehicle looked at again but WON’T be bringing it back to Ray Brandt. More
