We never want you to feel as though your concerns or requests are dismissed. Your feedback was a reminder that we need to slow down and listen to our customers. We need to be transparent, thorough and empathetic in our communications. And most importantly we need to treat customers with respect. We understand that your vehicle is an important piece in your day to day life. We strive to keep that in mind as we work to resolve the issue and return it in a timely manner. Again I apologize.
