Car returned to me with grease and filth on various places on exterior and also on the inside and outside driver's door handle and steering wheel. I keep my car detailed and we very disappointed that, places on exterior and also on the inside and outside driver's door handle and steering wheel. I keep my car detailed and we very disappointed that, had I not been paying attention, I would have had grease all over my hands, clothing and auto interior. I have NEVER had a car serviced by a dealership that the car wasn't washed and completely wiped down on the interior before being given back to me. Staff was polite but, given that I had a long-scheduled appointment, I still had to wait almost 3 hours for a tire rotation because of other cars in ahead of me. I have a very busy work schedule and this was a problem. More
