I was having issues with my car not knowing what the problem was I was early dealership service if I could schedule appointment. As I was ready to schedule, Mr. Miller saw me who I have privileges help problem was I was early dealership service if I could schedule appointment. As I was ready to schedule, Mr. Miller saw me who I have privileges help me with my oil change on my last visit. He quickly recognize me. He pulled me aside asked me what was the problem. I explained the situation with my car and he told me not to worry he will have someone to check the car. this is where I as customer I felt very important, as I was recognize by Mr. Miller. Him to take the time to make sure that I will be taking care of as explained to him car issue. I am not mechanical incline to explain myself that was the issue. This is where I’m giving Excellent review, Bravo, Mr. Miller, keeping me informed step-by-step on the car issues, bottom line was I was able to pick up the card the same day he left me feeling trust on him and Toyota dealer service department as a customer.
