Quality workmanship & time 2 service my vehicle reasonable. However, attempts 2 make contact w/ a live person to make appointment by phone has been difficult. Many times the phone rings indefinitel reasonable. However, attempts 2 make contact w/ a live person to make appointment by phone has been difficult. Many times the phone rings indefinitely & when U leave a voice message, noone returns your call. I tried making simple online appointment without success. When I asked staff about online, they acknowledged it didn't work. So why have it as option?! More
