My Car was flooded but deemed fixable. I brought it to this dealership for repairs. First the communication was horrible! Eric in service was terrible. He said my car would be ready by a certain date and it wasn't. I wasn't called and informed that it would be late I had to call. My Car was returned to me after almost 3 weeks with the water line still on the inside and outside of my vehicle. Rust on the car tracks, scratches on my side panel, fingerprints, my rear ac unit isn't put back correctly and has started leaking when it wasn't prior, glue on the new carpet, they didn't replace the floor mats like they were supposed to, my insurance company was charged for things and they weren't done! Do not use this dealership! More
