Really great service I drive from the Westbank to have my Toyota serviced in Kenner in large part due to the service manager I always ask for named Doug. When you go for I drive from the Westbank to have my Toyota serviced in Kenner in large part due to the service manager I always ask for named Doug. When you go for service, ask for him. Professional and straight forward without all the BS I have dealt with at other dealerships. Not to mention the best customer service waiting area I have ever experienced with coffee, donuts in the morning, fresh popped popcorn, with high end leather seating around big screen TVs. Makes getting my vehicle service a pleasant experience. More

I purchased a new Toyota Land Cruiser from Ray Brandt Toyota in April of 2012. The sales experience was great, actually the reason I purchased this vehicle from the dealership was because of how easy the Toyota in April of 2012. The sales experience was great, actually the reason I purchased this vehicle from the dealership was because of how easy the sales staff was to work with. But.... From the first service visit, I have had nothing but problems. 1) My wife waited for over 4hrs for the vehicle to get an oil change (with an appointment). 2) The vehicle was brought in for a subsequent oil change, and to have the A/C looked at. - When picked up, the A/C was not even looked at, and the maintenance light was still on. I had to make several phone calls, and bring it in again to get the problem resolved. 3) The vehicle was brought in for a simple tire rotation, and supposed to be washed. After leaving the vehicle with them for 7hrs, the vehicle was still not washed. We had to wait for it yet again. I figured that when someone spends $80,000 on a vehicle, that person would receive "adequate" service, but that does not seem to be the case. I figure that since I purchased the maintenance plan, I will just bring it to another dealership to be serviced from now on. I'm not sure why these problems keep occurring, but I think that the General Manager is not doing his job. If these types of experiences continue happening, with the amount of other dealerships in the area, this dealership will definitely lose a lot of business. More

I went in to have a routine service on my van. They noticed a problem I wasn't even aware I was having with my front brakes. They were able to repair it while I waited. Even better, it was all covered noticed a problem I wasn't even aware I was having with my front brakes. They were able to repair it while I waited. Even better, it was all covered by my warranty! This is my first visit to Ray Brandt since I moved back to New Orleans from Lakeland Florida.I brought my 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder in for an egnition coil change out and tune up. Come to find out they said I to New Orleans from Lakeland Florida.I brought my 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder in for an egnition coil change out and tune up. Come to find out they said I had an oil leak. I have never seen a drop of oil on my driveway but took then at their word. Had all these things done and preventative maintance since I have really had no problems with the car since I purchased it brand new off the showroom floor from Lakeland Toyota(Florida)which is an excellent dealership and had the best service ever they even had courtesy vehicles for repairs over a certain cost. I paid for the repairs $1800 worth they brought me the car I got in it and proceeded to drive off. Immediately I noticed the AC light blinking and no cold air. You can image the words I said "WTF". I turned right back around and brought it back because when I brought it in there wasn't anything wrong with the AC whatsoever. I'm now furious because I let my ride go and here it is 7PM no courtesy van or courtesy car that I can use to get home, so now stranded and they could have seemed less concerned or even apologetic about this incident. I have always had a toyota dealership work on my car and no one else trusting that their mechanics are knowlegable and certified to work on toyota's.I have never ever received my car back after being "repaired" with something else wrong that wasn't broken when I brought it in. Now I have to question that these $1800 worth of repairs and maintenance have been done correctly. Now this is a total inconvience of my time and peace of mind. Update to follow as to the outcome of this fiasco since now I have paid $1800 and still have no car. More
The service department is a joke, take your vehicle somewhere else. If there is something to screw up, these guys will do it. They can't even put air in the tires properly. The service department ex somewhere else. If there is something to screw up, these guys will do it. They can't even put air in the tires properly. The service department exhibited very poor knowledge of vehicles and are not willing to assist you. Just like pulling teeth. Mike Meek was good to deal with regarding the sale of the vehicle and was knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to buy from him and the sale went very smoothly. I would buy from Ray Brandt again. David Zoller is a prick and is not willing to help you out unless forced to do so. More
