This was my first visit to Ray Brandt Toyota. I was not told in advance that there would be a charge to look at my vehicle. I was charged close to $200 for diagnostics. I had to replace the sensor inside of my gas tank because of faulty readings I was getting. The job involved removing the gas tank , taking out the old sensor and putting in the new sensor. Sold me a 2022 Highlander and it was supposed to have Alloy wheels. I bought the insurance for wheels and when I messed up one of my wheels I went back to the person that sold it to me and he didn’t real Alloy wheels. I bought the insurance for wheels and when I messed up one of my wheels I went back to the person that sold it to me and he didn’t realize that it was clan wheels so I am stuck with damage wheels. Even the service manager tried to help didn’t get anywhere. and also got together with the service manager, and the manager that runs dealerships he did offer when a used car came in with the with the alloy rims he would change them out I have worked with them for about six months. I never heard back from them very disappointed. The sad part of the deal the two salesman’s wasn’t aware of the clan wheels told me it was alloy Then was a lady that I was told to talk with she heard my story and tried back calling she would never return my call multiple times More
