Mr. Alphose was professional and a careful, courteous driver. It seemed like no time had lapsed at work before Harold was calling me back to say matter was under warranty & that a couple of other minor mechanical issues were detected with vehicle and these would be taken care off all under warranty also. He arranged for a rental car also. Great experience with Enterprise also! Harold & Alphose are an asset to your dealership! More
