Excellent customer service, and great service at Ray Brandt I scheduled before going into the shop . I was called a day before to see if I was going to keep my appointment. I did . He also showed me what to do with the rear windows when they are stuck. He checked to be sure I understood how to activate the heater, with cold weather coming. This is different than the AC. I don't know what I would do without Doug; he is much better than the "two inch thick" manual. More
