Customer service the people at Ray Brandt Toyota are very friendly. They seem to do a good job but they never put my battery cover back on correctly. When I open my tr the people at Ray Brandt Toyota are very friendly. They seem to do a good job but they never put my battery cover back on correctly. Prius Prime is a joke. I love my Honda Clarity PHEV BTW and I will replace my wife's Prius with a Tesla Model 3 in 2 years. Now, of course, switching my HEV to another EV would also greatly reduce the need for visiting the dealer for service, which would make miss the nice pastries, coffee and friendly employees. :) More
