I was informed that the service tech took my car 3 times on the interstate but did not have my experience. First off I checked my odometer. Only 5 miles was driven. It should have been 10 miles. I drove it to verify. Second thing is when I picked up my car, it dived again. The service person helping me really lacked people skills. More

Didn’t close my hood at end of service Service was ok. Was told over the phone I had an appointment but when I arrived was told there was no such thing as a Saturday appointment. Maintenance was never completed I brought my car in on Saturday for it's first maintenance. Little did I know they wrote down the service performed (Wheel Rotation), but it was never I brought my car in on Saturday for it's first maintenance. Little did I know they wrote down the service performed (Wheel Rotation), but it was never done. Only reason I knew because I recently had my front driver side tire repaired due to a flat at Walmart, and they scuffed the rim. After talking to the service rep and confronting the mechanic, and he insisted the wheels were balanced, but the same scuffed rim was still at the front driver side. After proofing to the service rep that I was right, he finally got the mechanic to rotate the wheels. How do you expect anyone to return and trust the integrity of mechanics for any service. More

Poor customer service. My first trip started out that they did not have a person to give me a rental. Had to reschedule and come back another day. When I got the invoice the representative failed to mention the total price which included labor. They charged my warranty company more than what they told me resulting in me paying more than I should have. Not happy with this place at all Not happy with this place at all. More

All of this in a comfortable atmosphere where you can choose to lounge in front of the big screen tv, set your computer up on a high-top table and knock out a little work, or utilize a fairly soundproof room to study or make business calls undisturbed.
