I live on the westbank and I drive to kenner just because they are the friendly toyota staff and seem to be the only ones who actually want to help when I do have an issue with my cars. More

The process has changed over the last few years; the customer service representatives are not friendly, make it seem like it is a bother for them to assist you, never say please/thank-you and then send differing phone verses text appointment confirmation information.
