I scheduled an appointment 3 days prior, for a service where they would need to order a part. Upon arriving, the clerk who helped me was unaware that the part had not been ordered. It was brought to their where they would need to order a part. Upon arriving, the clerk who helped me was unaware that the part had not been ordered. It was brought to their attention when I came to pick up my vehicle after my services, and I had to confront them about the main purpose of my appointment not being addressed. I then had to come back a few days later to have something done which was supposed to be performed at the time of my appointment. More

I like the dealership but when car brought in for nail in tire and retuned to me I realized the center piece in rim was missing. They claimed it could pop out on road but had car 4 yrs and never happened so tire and retuned to me I realized the center piece in rim was missing. They claimed it could pop out on road but had car 4 yrs and never happened so was told I could get part for about $40. Parts guy said that piece is removed when changing tire but mechanic did not find it. I bought new part but feel it was lost during them changing tire and I should not had that expense plus tire valve cover was missing but they replaced that when I returned to ask about both pieces. More
