Really impressed Recently moved here and this was my first time using Ray Brandt for service. I will be back because the service was quick and the representative was very friendly and easy to work with. He was not pushy and understood all concerns. The price was as expected and the work done was great--the numerous issues I had with my vehicle were addressed. The only slightly negative comment I have is that I called and asked about Sunday night drop off for my Monday am appointment, which I was told was fine. When I drove there Sunday night, all entrances were padlocked so I just had to leave my car on the side of the road and hop the gates to drop off my keys. It made me a little leery but all turned out fine. More

Staff at Ray Brandt not only found my toyotacare contract, but walked me through a scheduled service I'd missed - and let me know a timeline for when my care contract expired. This sounds like a small deal, but it makes a huge difference knowing that this dealership honors the agreements made with the larger toyota leasing and toyotacare institutions, plus the waiting space was clean, stocked with food, and every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and friendly without pushing me into looking at new vehicles. More
